To ensure the highest quality and germination success of your pelletized seeds, we have established the following rigorous processing standards. Your cooperation is essential for a smooth process.
1. Seed Submission Requirements: We require that all seeds submitted for coating be of high purity and superior quality. Please ensure your seeds are thoroughly cleaned before dispatch. Packages containing seeds with excessive impurities, chaff, or debris will be respectfully declined and returned. This critical first step prevents potential blockages in our coating machinery and, most importantly, safeguards the germination rate of the final pelletized product. Impurities can create an uneven coating, leading to inconsistent moisture uptake and ultimately, poor germination.
2. Sampling & Quality Assurance Protocol: Upon receipt of your clean seeds, a representative sample will be taken for our preliminary coating procedure. We will coat this sample and work with you to confirm the desired pellet size (diameter). Following this confirmation, a formal germination test will be conducted comparing the coated seeds against the original, uncoated lot. Bulk production will commence only after the germination rate of the coated seeds is confirmed to be consistent with, and satisfactory to, that of the original seeds. This stringent verification ensures that the coating process enhances seed handling without compromising its viability.
3. Packaging & Dispatch: To preserve the integrity of your investment, all pelletized seeds are meticulously packaged in specialized, heavy-duty buckets. These containers are specifically designed to be moisture-proof and crush-resistant, providing superior protection during storage and transit. Once securely packaged, your order is promptly dispatched, ready to contribute to your planting success.
